Founded in 1986, ITF TAEKWONDO of ARIZONA has been providing five star high-quality martial arts training to students of all ages and skill levels for over 38 years. Grand Master Karstadt began his training in Taekwon-Do in 1976.  His training, seminars and demonstrations are respected worldwide.  He has served as a USA Team coach since 1995. GM Karstadt is a proud member of the Interational Taekwon-Do Hall of Fame.
